Triceratops is one of best-know ceratopsians and populary know as the "tyrannosaurus rex arch-nemesis".
Triceratops was a robust dinosaur with 1 small horn the snout, 2 big horns in the head and a bony frill. Unlike other ceratopsids, it didn't had holes in the frill.
Maybe it horns was used for self-defense or fight with other Triceratops for territory of females (some triceratops skulls seems to have signs of scratches from the horns of other Triceratops).
It was a large herbivore, but recent studies show that could have been partially carnivorous.

Triceratops es el mas conocido de todos los ceratópsidos, y popularme es el "archienemigo del Tiranosaurio Rex".
Triceratops fue un robusto dinosaurio con 1 pequeño cuerno en el hocico, 2 largos sobre su cabeza y un volante sobre estos el cual no tenia huecos como otros ceratópsidos.
Sus cuernos pudieron haber sido usados para defensa propia y pelear contra otros triceratops por territorio y hembras (algunos cráneos de Triceratops parecen tener marcas de cuernos de otros Triceratops).
Era un gran herbívoro, pero estudios recientes demuestran que pudo haber sido parcialmente carnívoro
